More preparations for this weekend's Oxford (boo, hiss!) vs. Cambridge (hurrah!) boat race.It's the Oxford squad (boo etc) out for a practice row, accompanied by some of the ladies and gentlemen of the press.
Note the dainty little landing stage to ensure the scribblers and paps don't get their precious feet wet in the process!

I suspect the dainty little landing stage might be more about keeping the mud from ten pairs of size 14s off the boat's varnish rather than any consideration for journalists' Sebagos.
I couldn't help but notice that one of the paps arrived in a *very* nice Jaguar XKR!
