The pipes are the statue to Sibelius which is in Sibelius park. You'd never guess which country Sibelius comes from, would you?
It is at the end of the Lonely Planet walking tour of Helsinki, which starts at the Havis Amanda (the bronze lady) and passes the Temppeliaukion Kirkko (i.e. the Bond baddie / church).
I was lucky to get in as usually its closed in the evening but a service had just ended so I was able to have a quick look.

Looks as though Finland has a natural amphitheater of its own.
The last picture is actually of a church buried into the rock.
It felt a bit like a Bond baddie hide-out.
"We've been expecting you, Meessster Bond" the vicar didn't say.
